My journey of 'holistic healing' began when I was a child. I was inspired by my mother who taught me about the power of 'natural healing' - the natural healing mechanisms of our body that takes place in our subconscious mind.

My belief was strengthened when I was working under an organization that focused on scientific meditation. It was during my stay there that I have seen phenomenal recoveries - including one from a stage 4 cancer patient. It was made possible through simple improvements in lifestyle and daily routines.
