• Multi Cargo Express Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1986 and commenced its operation in freight management services, namely, provision of Sea, Land, Air and Project Management related services. In 2008, Multi Cargo Express Sdn Bhd ventured into containerized barging services after securing a business relationship with an established counterpart in Thailand, who is one of Multi Cargo Express Sdn Bhd's major customer today.
   
• Multi Cargo Express (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1997 as a Shared Service Centre (SSC), specifically providing Management Services, Finance & Accounting Services, Human Resource & Payroll Processing Services, IT and Procurement Services. The main aim for establishing an  SSC is to centralize the management and administrative functions of Multi Cargo Group. Multi Cargo Express (M) Sdn Bhd intends to venture into property acquisition and has forecasted the construction of a warehouse in its 5 year plan.
   
• MCL Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2003 and commenced its shipping operations by chartering third party vessels to service its customers. MCL Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd's acquired two of its barges in year 2007 and in the same year the company started its vessel chartering business plying between various ports and jetties within Malaysia.Today, MCL Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is the proud owner of 6 barges and 4 tug boats and operate in most major ports of South East Asia.
