What is Dedicated Shortcode Service?

Content provider will have the privileged of having a dedicated shortcode provided by Trio Mobile for their own use, not sharing with other premium sms client.

Trio Mobile will provide the infrastructure set-up where content provider can conveniently and easily integrate their applications/solutions which allow companies to have a quick startup and effectively generate revenue quickly from their service/content. This approach eliminate content provider from the complexity of managing connectivity and billing requirement for each mobile operator.

Fees and Charges for Dedicated Shortcode

1. Monthly charges :
   Shortcode Rental Fee – RM6,000
   Per Keyword & Subkeyword Charges for Maxis, Digi, Celcom, RM20/keyword/month
2. Setup Fee : RM30,000
3. Non Refundable Deposit : 2 Months (RM6,000 x 2)
4. 15% Profit sharing (after Telco deduction)
5. Charges imposed by Government / MCMC / Related Party such as GST and etc. (If Exist)

Charging Message (charge subscriber)

1. Chargeable amount per premium message (From RM0.30 to RM10.00)
2. Supported Celcos – Celcom, DiGi, Maxis
