Malaysia My Second Home Programme is promoted by the Government of Malaysia to allow foreigners who fulfill certain criteria to stay in Malaysia for as long as possible on a multiple-entry social visit pass. The Social Visit Pass is for an initial period of ten (10) years, and is renewable.
The MM2H programme is open to citizens of countries recognized by Malaysia, regardless of race, religion, age or gender. The programme allows applicants to bring their spouse, unmarried children below the age of 21 and parents above the age of 60 as dependants to Malaysia. Foreign spouse of Malaysians and Expatriates who wish to retire in Malaysia after the expiry of their Employment Pass are also eligible to apply to stay in Malaysia on this programme.
